Bill Parcells Retires.

It's sad to think that Bill Parcells' last game was the Tony Romos fiasco. Now that he is retiring I will miss him. He's not as good a coach as he used to be, in part because he doesn't have the energy he used to, but his press conferences were just hilarious. And I will really miss him rippin' on T.O. Best of luck to whoever takes the Cowboys job. I sure wouldn't want it.

Don't feel too sad skeelo. After 4 years he was barely .500. This poor performance despite the fact that he had almost full control of personnel decisions (T.O. aside), hired is own slate of coaches AND they were over the cap for 3 of his 4 years! Plus it took him half of this season to realize you can't win games when your Quarterback has 2 D Linemen on top of him. Oh, and what the hell is your starting QB doing as your holder anyway Jerkass???

Ya his press conferences were funny, the guy just loathes the media...but it’s a town where winning counts and he didn't deliver. Time for him to take his grumpy old man routine to a retirement community in Saratoga, FLA.

I said in the post that the game had passed him by. My point was he deserved better than going out with a jerk like T.O.

With Jerry Jones deciding who will be on your coaching staff, I don't know who would take that job. Particularly now that Jason Garrett will be waiting in the wings to take over as soon as you start losing.

That's not to say the NFL couldn't use more Ottawa Rough Rider back-up quarterbacks as head coaches. Anyone know if Ken Hobart is available to coach the Dolphins?
