Manning Moves On. Wait? Which One? Seriously?

- I really hope yesterday was not Tony Dungy's last game as the head coach of the Colts, although I think it was, because they were a complete disgrace. The worst part of the debacle yesterday, and yes I did call this game "a mortal lock" for the Colts, was knowing the Colts were able to give the Pats a game in the AFC championship next week and possibly even beat them. Now we'll never know. As for the decision to go for the touchdown on 4th down with 4 minutes left I agree with the call. The Colts are supposed to get into the end zone from 5 yards out when it matters and you also couldn't assume they were going to get the ball back again, not the way the Chargers moved the ball in the 4th quarter.

I think Mr. Dungy feels its time to head down to Tampa and retire with his family and you can't really blame him for that. Not after what he has been through the last few years in his personal life.

Let the Bill Cowher rumours begin because the Colts are still stacked and the absolute most perfect situation he will ever have the chance to walk into.

- The worst thing about watching the Cowboys lose yesterday was knowing that the Super Bowl won't even be interesting. After that Pats beat the Chargers by 30 they are going to destroy either the Packers or Giants.

It's pretty hard to pin the 'Boys loss on QB Tony Romo though plenty will try. He held the ball too long a couple of times when he should have thrown it away, but his offensive line was horrendous in the second half and his receivers dropped plenty of perfectly thrown balls. Balls that if caught would have kept the chains moving for them.

Dungy should hang it up. He's had the most talented team in the league the last 4 years and come away short 3 of them. Time to put someone in who prepares them to win, not prays they win.

People have underestimated the Packers all year (myself included). The fact is, they can score with regularity and they have a very good defense. New England gives up plenty of points and I don't see Brady dumping all those short passes over the middle with AJ Hawk standing there ready to decapitate Wes Welker. They won't win but a Packers/Patriots Superbowl would be sweet. Maybe one of those folks who come down from Boston and the Midwest will even buy my house.

Dungy is a great coach and has them well prepared to play. It's not like he's some stiff.

There is no way in hell the Pack can stay withink 20 points of the Pats. It will be a blowout. They may not go to Welker as much which means they will go deep to Moss a lot.

Having said all that I would love to see Favre win the Super Bowl.
