Time For A Lower Profile Jason.

- My man Jason Whitlock appeared on a panel on Oprah earlier this week which in and of itself is fine. But of course nothing is ever in and of itself and I'm calling for him to tone it down a bit because should be shit-shoveller Rosie O'Donnell said on her show Monday that she would marry him. When Rosie is on your side Jason, it is time to rethink your PR strategy.

- The Atlanta Thrashers got swept last night, but they really sealed their fate when they traded for Keith Tkachuk at the deadline. The guy is just a loser. The saddest part of all this is that it puts an end to Lil John's blog. He was starting to bring the NHL some street cred.

- My biggest Raptors fear came true as they are playing the Nets in the first round. Jason Kidd is so much better than T.J. Ford at the point (Ford is an exciting guard, not a great guard. There's a big difference.) it is going to cause big problems for the Raps. And Toronto is the one team in the east Vince Carter will play hard against.

- The Simpsons celebrate the 20th anniversary of their debut on The Tracey Ullman Show today. This show isn't what it used to be but from seasons 3-7 it was the best written show on TV, and is still worth 2 or 3 laughs per show which is better than most sitcoms.
