Now that the Raps and SUns are toast I will be back tomorrow with ideas on both, including trades between the two teams that would benefit each, whether Sam Mitchell should be fired (yes) and whether D'Antoni should be fired (depends on your point of view. I say no.)

D'Antoni is a very good coach - almost 180 wins in 3 years - but as long as he's in a division with Greg Popavich, he will get outcoached. So it comes down to this. Are you content with 55+ wins and not getting past the 2nd round. Or do you try a change of course.
Exactly. Get rid of him because you need a change, not because he has done a bad job.
