World Cup.

The best thing about the World Cup is that it's over. I have tried time and again to get into soccer and it just bores the living hell out of me. Not to mention all the embarrassing flopping that takes place in a typical game. Don't these guys have any pride? And how do you settle a championship final on penalty kicks? It's like deciding the Super Bowl on field goals.

I think the best reason to write soccer off however, is that anything, anything, that pits France vs. Italy for world supremacy can't be taken seriously.
